Is MyPeptideShelf medical advice?
No. MyPeptideShelf is a personal tracker and journal. It doesn't recommend doses, schedules or compounds, and it doesn't describe what any compound does. Always follow your prescriber.
How do rooms and decor unlock?
Each day you check in, journal, log your weight or log a dose counts as one cozy day. Rooms, outfits, pets, shelves and decor unlock as your total grows. A day counts once, however much you log, and missing a day never takes anything away.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, and in your own private iCloud if you use it. Your vials, doses, weights and journal are never sent to us.
Is it free?
Yes. The free version includes two vials, a reminder, daily check-ins, the journal and the full unlock track. Premium adds unlimited vials and reminders, your full history and a Premium decor pack.
Does it work for GLP-1 medications?
Yes. You can track any vial you're using, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, with your own amounts and schedule.
